Developed in 1995, Saint James Place is a beautiful subdivision with tree-lined streets and is home to 312 single-family homes and 59 villas. We are located in Lake Township, adjacent to North Canton, Ohio; just 45 minutes south of Cleveland, minutes to the Akron/Canton airport and accessible to schools and shopping.  Our residents enjoy access to our park and pond which is nestled within the community.

St. James is located within the North Canton school system, one of the most-highly regarded in Stark County, as well as Ohio. Our homeowners association is pro-active in its efforts to preserve and enhance the standards envisioned for St. James by the developers.
